To all participants of the 2024 Mölkky World Championship in Hakodate, here are the details regarding the Tournament Check-in.

Early Check-in:
All teams can check in during the Early Check-in period.
On-the-Day Check-in:
Check-in times vary depending on your team’s Preliminary Round Block. Please confirm your “Preliminary Round Block” and “Team ID” from the provided information and check the applicable check-in times.

*One representative from each team must complete the Tournament Check-in by the designated time.
*Please provide your team’s “Team ID (6-digit number)” at check-in. Note that this time we will not use the QR code issued by LivePocket, as in previous domestic tournaments.

*Please ensure you complete the tournament check-in at one of the following slots (each team is required to register only once).

Early Check-in (any team)
22 August (Thu):
     12:00 PM – 6:00 PM at N.I.T Hakodate College

23 August (Fri):
     11:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Showa Park
     6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the Eve Event Venue (Hakodate Beer)

*Teams that complete Early Check-in on 22 or 23 August will receive a limited-edition World Championship commemorative items. Supplies are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: Check-in at the Eve Event venue from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on 23 August is available also to participants not attending the Eve Event.

On-the-Day Check-in for Preliminary Round Block A and C:
24 August (Sat): 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM at Showa Park and N.I.T Hakodate College

On-the-Day Check-in for Preliminary Round Block B and D:
24 August (Sat): 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Showa Park and N.I.T Hakodate College

One representative from each team must check in within the designated period and collect the participation awards and silicon bands for all team members. All participating players must wear the silicon band throughout the tournament.

Teams that complete Early Check-in on 22 or 23 August do not need to check in on the day of the tournament. They should wear their silicon bands and gather directly at their designated courts well before the start of their matches.

Note: Only authorised personnel are allowed inside the court area. All participants must wear their silicon bands throughout the tournament. If anyone without a silicon band is found inside the court area, tournament staff may ask them to leave. Your understanding is appreciated.
