Over time, Mölkky has gained attention in various media outlets, contributing to a growing number of enthusiasts domestically. We are pleased to announce the inaugural world championship in Japan.
While this marks Japan's first world championship, the scale of the event, measured by the number of participating teams and players, will surpass previous global championships. Anticipated to host teams from Europe, Asia, and around the world, a total of 576 teams and approximately 2,800 participants from across Japan are expected to compete in Hakodate.
